It is a REDEEMABLE CODE valid for 1 year to play in any of our rooms
SHIPPING METHOD
EMAIL: You will automatically receive the code at the email address you provided.
PERSONALIZED PDF (24h): We will send a high-quality PDF file with the requested card to your email address so you can print it in any size you prefer.
PRINTED CARD (5-10 DAYS): We will print your card and send it by regular mail to the requested address from the Community of Madrid. Delivery time will depend on the distance and the route taken by the courier service.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Payment is made by Credit/Debit Card or Bizum.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your gift voucher.
If you prefer another payment method, please contact us.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS
If your group ends up having more players than indicated on the gift voucher, you can pay the difference when booking or at our location.
If there are fewer players, the amount per player will not be refunded.
BOOK WITH THE GIFT VOUCHER
The gift voucher is valid every day for any room at THE BOX.
It can be redeemed by entering the gift voucher code in the “add discount or promo code” field or by phone or email by providing the gift voucher code.
The date and time of the booking will depend on availability at the time of redemption.
EXPIRATION
The Gift Voucher expires 1 year from the date of purchase.
