We went for a bachelor party. I highly recommend it; the venue is fantastic, the decor, the games, and Erick himself, both on and off the microphone and with the cameras. It was truly amazing fun thanks to his eloquence and the way he guided and helped us; otherwise, we would have been completely lost! Congratulations on the venue and the people who work there.

An incredible experience. Eric guided us very well and was very patient in our first escape room. There were six of us, all eight years old, and me. He had endless patience and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and meticulously crafted environments. The game is a lot of fun; it's 90 minutes long, but it doesn't feel long at all. The actor is fantastic in all the roles—he's hilarious. No prior knowledge of Wizarding World is necessary, but if you are, you'll have a blast!

If you're thinking about doing this escape room, I can only say one thing: GO. Before going, I called to explain my disability and mobility difficulties. They told me there were stairs, but also that I could go down them at my own pace and that if there was any physical challenge I couldn't complete, they would find a way to adapt it. And that's exactly what happened. From the very first moment, they made me feel that my disability wasn't going to be an obstacle to enjoying the experience. And the escape room… it's absolutely amazing. It's huge and full of different challenges and activities: some physical, others requiring thinking, searching, and problem-solving… There's so much to do, and everything is meticulously crafted. The atmosphere and decor are truly excellent. And here's something I think is important: you don't need to be a Harry Potter fan to enjoy it. If you are a fan, you'll have a blast because there are constant references and nods to the books and movies. But if you know practically nothing about Harry Potter, you can still have a great time because the game works perfectly on its own. But if I had to highlight one thing above all else, it would be the team. The creator is wonderful: approachable, friendly, and, honestly, an incredibly brilliant mind. And the person who accompanied us during the game, helping us whenever we needed it, was fantastic. The clues came to us through a small plush Dobby (Twinky), and she achieved something that, for me, is fundamental in an escape room: helping us without ever making us feel stupid for not finding something or that we were failing. Quite the opposite. She accompanies you, encourages you, and makes sure you keep enjoying yourself. In our case, they also had the thoughtful gesture of giving us a little more time than the allotted 90 minutes, which is already a lot, and it meant a great deal to me. I left there thinking that I hadn't just done an escape room. I had found a place where, despite limitations that could have greatly complicated the experience, they managed to make me feel like just another participant. And that's not achieved solely with good decor or original puzzles. It's achieved with people who know what they're doing and, above all, who know how to treat people. Thank you for making it so enjoyable for us. Harry Potter, whether you're a fan or not. Escape room, whether you're experienced or it's your first time. And if you have a disability or mobility limitation, call ahead and ask. In my case, they did everything possible to adapt it, and it was absolutely worth it. 100% recommended. I would go back without hesitation.

An incredible experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We did the Harry Potter escape room and we loved it. It's meticulously crafted down to the last detail, and the atmosphere completely immerses you in the magical world from the very first moment. It's a super comprehensive escape room, with very original, varied puzzles, unlike anything we've seen in other escape rooms. We also really appreciated how interactive it was and how it truly required teamwork: everyone had to participate, collaborate, and contribute to progress. And a special mention to the game master, who was wonderful. You can really tell when someone enjoys what they do, and it makes the experience even more fun and special. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We left thrilled and feeling like we had enjoyed every minute. If you like Harry Potter and escape rooms, it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! 🪄⚡️

An escape room with a gorgeous game master and an incredible atmosphere. From Honeydukes to a couple of very well-done Hogwarts environments (a surprisingly spacious escape room with several rooms considering how expensive escape rooms are in Madrid). An hour and a half. Two difficulty levels and a possible surprise at the end depending on how you play 😆

Incredible!! I recently went with friends and it was a truly HIGHLY recommended experience. If you like Harry Potter, you can't miss it... but even if you're not a huge fan, the atmosphere is amazing... the puzzles... everything is fantastic 🙂 Omkar helped us, and he was absolutely fantastic, adding a touch of humor and making the experience even better!! It's one of our favorite escape rooms in Madrid, and we've done quite a few. 100% recommended

We went to the Dark Lady this morning with a young child and family, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is a magical world, with attention to every little detail, and our game master, with immense patience, a great sense of humor, artistry, and experience, guides you in such a way that time seems to stand still in a world where you're supposed to find the exit, but from which you never want to leave.

We did the Dark Lady's Spell escape room, and I can only say it's a wonderful escape room. It has everything: it's beautiful, it's hilarious, and our game master was truly delightful. He's a true professional. I think that aside from the room itself, which is magical, the game master, Omkar (I hope I spelled it right, haha), made the experience so much better. A real pleasure, and you can tell the great care and effort behind it. Congratulations!

We did the "Dark Lady's Spell" room and it was simply fantastic. From the very beginning, the fantastic game master immersed you completely in the experience with excellent acting. The way they interacted with the participants was also very original. As for the puzzles, they were very varied and all set in the Harry Potter universe. Regarding the atmosphere, I especially appreciated the details of the magical world in each room and the music.

Definitely a fantastic experience! The game is spectacular; the sets and absolutely every detail are incredibly well done and meticulously crafted. It's so much fun, fast-paced, and keeps you engaged in the story from beginning to end. Twinky, the puzzles, and the environments were my favorites. Again, the sets and details are truly admirable and wonderful. Furthermore, the staff makes the experience even better, and you can see the care and effort that went into everything. It's wonderful; we laughed a lot and had a fantastic time. I recommend it 100%!

We went to do the Harry Potter-themed escape room, a thoughtful gift from my cousin that we enjoyed as a family. From the invitation letter, which served as the first clue, the magic of the experience was immediately apparent. Game Master Omkar accompanied us throughout the experience, creating a thoroughly enjoyable and immersive experience. As my first escape room experience, I think I started off on a high note, and I've definitely caught the bug. I can't wait to do it again!

Oh… I don't know how, but we managed to escape as if by magic! Thank you so much for giving us such a fun and magical experience. Laughing together while playing is one of the things I love most, and I haven't stopped laughing or being amazed! The attention to detail, the design, the dedication, the commitment, and Twinky have left me speechless and wanting to never leave. I confess I had my little fantasies about Twinky, didn't I, sweetheart? We'll be back, hehehehe. P.S. And what can I say about our friend dressed in pink: he was the best part from the very beginning. Omkar, how can you be so perfect and bring so much color? You took us out of reality and instantly transported us to a fantasy world we wish we could never leave. You exceeded my expectations, by far. I'll never forget seeing you in action, or feeling such a connection with you on a level we already know without even naming it. It's clear, Mundo: if you're looking for magic and heart, The Fantasy Box is the place for you, and believe me, you won't want to leave.

We went as a family and loved it from the moment we walked into the Honeydukes store until the very end. They haven't missed a single detail; it's extensive yet dynamic and fun, with plenty of challenges, and the characters are incredibly funny and endearing. In short, it was absolutely fantastic!

Yesterday at midday, my 13-year-old nephew and I went to discover The Dark Lady's Spell. We loved it; it was an incredible experience. A beautiful escape room, well-decorated and atmospheric, exciting, entertaining, and full of magic. I want to highlight the Game Master (sorry 🙏🏻 I didn't ask for his name yesterday to include it here). His acting, which was spot-on, and all his help were essential. He was very pleasant, friendly, attentive, and chatty, and very patient with us 😅 Without a doubt, if they release a new room, we'll be there to experience it. 100% recommended.

Story The Dark Lady's Spell is a love letter to the Harry Potter universe. If you're a fan, the immersion is almost immediate: spells, recognizable objects, and that constant feeling of being inside Hogwarts or one of its darkest corners. Even for those who aren't die-hard fans, the story is well-constructed enough to enjoy and be swept away by the magical world. Puzzles Varied and quite original, with that much-appreciated sense of coherence: everything has a reason, and nothing feels forced. The progression is fluid, ensuring that each step makes sense within the narrative, which greatly enhances the experience. Atmosphere One of its strongest points. It's a meticulously crafted room, where the care put into every detail is evident. From the decorations to small elements that enrich the experience, everything contributes to creating a magical and beautifully realized atmosphere. It's one of those rooms where you want to stop and look at every corner before moving on. Game Master + Acting They did a solid job running the game, with good interventions and even eliciting a few laughs throughout the experience. Their friendly touch was appreciated, helping everything flow naturally and maintaining immersion. Summary The Dark Lady's Spell is a highly recommended escape room, especially for fans of the magical universe, but also for anyone looking for a well-crafted, polished experience with original puzzles. It's an adventure where the care put into every detail is evident, leaving you wanting to grab a wand and go right back in. 🪄🔮✨

We went on June 13th for the 10:00 PM session. The staff who served us were excellent. As a Harry Potter-themed escape room, it's wonderful. You arrive and they make you feel like a wizard. As you progress, they present you with very diverse and fun challenges. Every Harry Potter fan should come and try it because it's a very well-designed place and the service is top-notch.

The Dark Lady's Spell room was incredible!!! Our GM was Odey, a genius, seriously amazing!! One of the best magic rooms we've ever done!! It was number 33, the last one in Europe before returning to Paraguay (literally from the room to the airport), and we enjoyed it immensely. Attention, atmosphere, puzzles, story, plot, technology, details, 1000/10. It was the perfect ending!!

Four of us went, and they managed to make sure all four of us left thrilled, which says a lot about this Escape Room. Without a doubt, it's one of the best I've ever done. It never stops surprising you; just when you think you've seen the best or that nothing more unexpected can happen, it surprises you again. It's very well thought out and maintains the excitement from beginning to end. Plus, the actor does a spectacular job. He makes the experience super entertaining, immersive, and a lot of fun. 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Escape Rooms. It's absolutely worth it!

We played the Harry Potter escape room and loved it! There were two of us, and the level of difficulty was challenging enough to keep us entertained for the full 90 minutes, but easy enough that we didn't get overwhelmed or confused. Hodei, our game master, did a fantastic job, which made the game even more enjoyable, and the decorations surprised us room after room. Absolutely wonderful!
