¿What is THE BOX?

It’s a live game where your team has to escape from a room in 60 minutes.

To do this you must find clues, solve puzzles and overcome tests using only your logic, observation and teamwork.

In The Box each room is a different adventure, with different themes and challenges.

You can choose the one you like best!

How MANY people can play?

Our games are designed for teams of 3 to 6 people, but in some rooms 2 or even 7 people can play.

Keep in mind that the difficulty depends on the number of players: with more minds, escape is usually easier.

How LONG is the experience?

You have 60 minutes to get out of the room.

Before the game, there is a short introduction with our Game Master. After the game, we love that the team can talk about the experience with us while we take photo.

If you are on a tight schedule, you can expect the whole experience to take about 90 minutes.

How can I make a RESERVATION?

You can book a game in the BOOKING section of our website.

Once you choose the date and time of the game you want to play, you can fill in a form with your contact details and the number of players.

Please note that reservations are closed one hour before the start of the game.

How much is the PRICE?

2 PLAYERS – 60€

This prices may vary depending on the season.

You can make a reservation online paying with a credit or debit card.

If the day of the game, the number of players varies, the price will be adjusted after the real number of participants. We accept payment by CARD or CASH

Can I CHANGE or CANCEL my reservation?

With less than 24 hours only date changes are admitted.

Cancellations communicated with less than 12 hours before the start of the game will not be refunded.

Is the game suitable for CHILDREN?

Of course, children of any age can enter but ALWAYS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT if they are under 15.

The rooms are designed for adults, so when playing with children, we recommend that the adults be the ones to solve the puzzles and involve the children in the dynamics of the game.

The ideal age for participants to understand and enjoy the game is from 14 years old.

If you want to organize a session only with children, ask us and we can offer the possibility of having our GAME MASTER inside the room to guide the game.

Children up to 5 years old do not pay entrance.

Are we really LOCKED up in the room?

No, you can leave at any time.

In the entrance there is an emergency button to open the door of the room, although we advise against it because you would lose the atmosphere and the adrenaline of the game.

Besides, we are always on the lookout for any player who feels unwell or wants to leave prematurely.

What if we need HELP to get out?

The Game-Master will always observing your game with various cameras and microphones placed around the room.

If at any time during the game you are stuck, she will give you a hint depending on the time you have been playing.

You can also ask for clues at any time if you wish.

Are we alone or we will play with strangers?

The sesions are private. In the Room you’re only going to play with your companions. No one else will enter the room.

Should we arrive before time?

No. The time of the reservation is the time of the entry.

It is very important to be punctual because if you arrive very early you may have to wait outside for a few minutes until we have your room ready.

What happens if we arrive late?

If you are more than 10 minutes late you can enter, but we will start subtracting game time and you won’t have the full 60 minutes to escape. Under no circumstances will we refund your booking for arriving late.

What if we cannot escape before the time runs out?

The game ends and the game-master will open the door.
The story ends differently in each room.

But don’t worry, with the experience you’ve gained it will be easier to get out of your next Escape Room!

It is necessary to book ahead or can we just call at your door?

It is always necessary to make a reservation in advance.

We cannot attend any group that arrives at the door looking for a free slot without an hour.

Are there misleading hints?

No. There are no false leads to waste your time.
There are decorative elements in the room that are not suitable for riddles, but part of the game is finding out what the clues are.

Are there thing we cannot touch?

Our games are designed so that players can touch and manipulate all the elements in the room.

However, there are some elements in the room that are not part of a puzzle such as the air conditioning controller, a note-taking board, etc. But the Game-Master will explain everything to you before the game.

Do we need to use physical strength to escape?

No, absolutely not.
You just have to use your mental strength.
If something doesn’t open or move easily it means it’s part of the set. You never need to break or force anything. Keep in mind that another team will be playing after you and they will need all the elements in the room to get away.

Are mobile phones allowed in the game?

They are not necessary and, as a rule, we do not allow them inside the game to avoid spoiling the game experience.

Bags, coats and mobiles can be left in locked lockers outside the room and you will keep the key.

However, if you need it and let us know, you can get in with it without any problem.

Can pregnant women play the game?

Of course. Our games don’t require any physical effort, so you won’t have any problems.
It’s true that there are moments of tension during the game and that’s why perhaps we’ll let your friend know (only her) before the game, so that she doesn’t get too excited, but nothing more than that.

Are the games recorded?

No. Our cameras only work as a live feed to check the team.

Can I make a reservation for a surprise or a personalized event?

Of course, we are one of the few escape rooms that allow you to change aspects of the game to make your experience unique.

Our rooms feature music, a projector, and puzzles that we can customize.

We’ve already celebrated surprise BIRTHDAYS, BUSINESS parties and even MARRIAGE proposals.

Can I bring friend speaking other languages?

Of course, our rooms are adapted to play in English, Spanish and French.

Game Masters will be happy to give you the clues and tell you the story of the game in the language you prefer.

Are there toilets?

Yes. And before the game we’re going to ask you if anyone wants to use it to make sure there are no interruptions during the game.

Is there air conditioning and heating in the rooms?

Of Course. We try to have an optimal temperature in the room so that the brains always work at their best!

Can I ask for an Invoice?

Yes, let us know the day of the game or put it in the comments of the reservation and we will send it to your email address.

If I come by car, can I park in the area?

The street where we are located does not belong to Madrid Central, so any vehicle with an environmental label B, C, ECO or 0 can access and park in the street.

Please note that metered parking works from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00 (parking is free on Sundays). In the green zone the maximum time is 2 hours and in the blue zone 4 hours (C/ Santa Engracia and C/Manuel Silvela)

On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays it is usually more complicated to find free parking spots in the street, so we recommend that you come with 15-20 minutes to look for a place or go directly to one of the nearby car parks: Plaza de Olavide or Tribunal

Is your building adapted for handicapped people?

Not at the moment. Although there is an elevator, our place is on the second floor of an old building and the Hall has 4 steps to
